Part Time Host

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Part‑Time Host to be the first point of contact for clients in our store. You will create memorable experiences by understanding client needs and guiding them to the appropriate services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client experiences from pre‑arrival through post‑appointment, including scheduling and preparation.
• Greet incoming and departing clients with a genuine smile and eye contact.
• Provide accurate directions and lead clients to areas of interest.
• Address client queries and concerns in line with brand standards.
• Communicate client needs to relevant departments and notify the team of regular client arrivals.
• Maintain a neat, organized front‑of‑house environment and uphold professional appearance standards.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service drive with excellent communication and active‑listening skills.
• Enthusiasm for luxury fashion and a passion for Louis Vuitton products.
• Adaptable, fast learner with a client‑centric mindset.
• Professional attitude, curiosity and empathy.
• Prior experience in retail, hospitality, aviation or a service‑related industry is a plus.
• Availability to work retail shift hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Commitment from mid‑April 2026 to end December 2026.
