About the role
Join a leading global law firm as a Regulatory Paralegal supporting the growing Regulatory/Antitrust practice across the APAC region. You will work closely with local counsel and clients on competition, merger control and investigations matters.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and draft basic documents related to regulatory and antitrust matters.
- Prepare and file competition and merger control submissions.
- Review and analyse large volumes of data for due‑diligence and investigative exercises.
- Liaise with local counsel across multiple jurisdictions to coordinate filings and investigations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Experience as a paralegal in a law firm, regulatory authority, or in‑house legal department.
- Prior exposure to regulatory, antitrust, competition, or investigations matters.
- Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is highly advantageous.
