Revenue Data Scientist – Assistant Manager

About the role

Pan Pacific Hotels Group is expanding its corporate commercial strategy team in Singapore. We are looking for a Revenue Data Scientist (Assistant Manager) to turn booking, pricing and demand data into actionable insights that boost commercial performance across our hotel portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Revenue Management and Sales leadership to translate business questions into data‑driven solutions.
• Design, build and maintain BI dashboards (Power BI, Tableau) tracking pricing, occupancy, RevPAR, ADR, pace, segmentation and channel performance.
• Develop demand forecasting, pricing elasticity and rate‑optimization models.
• Build predictive models for booking pace, cancellation risk, no‑show risk and displacement analysis.
• Analyse sales pipeline and account production data to identify growth opportunities.
• Consolidate data from PMS, CRS, RMS, CRM and channel management systems into clean, reliable data models.
• Produce ad‑hoc analyses on competitive positioning, market share, promotions and pricing strategy.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior revenue and sales executives.
• Define data‑quality standards and enable self‑service reporting across the organisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics or a related discipline.
• 3–6 years of experience in data science, business intelligence or analytics, preferably within hospitality, travel or another data‑intensive commercial industry.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into clear business insights for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in forecasting and predictive modelling.
