Sales Executive

About the role

BIGBROS STUDIO & GYM is looking for a results‑driven Sales Executive to turn prospects into paying members. You will guide potential clients through their fitness journey, matching their goals with the right coaching or membership package.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on leads, conduct consultations and close sales to meet revenue targets.
• Maintain a strong customer experience throughout the sales and onboarding process.
• Identify client fitness goals, challenges and recommend suitable solutions.
• Collaborate with coaching staff to ensure seamless transition from sale to training.
• Track performance metrics and continuously improve conversion rates.

Required profile

• No formal tertiary qualification required; sales ability and work ethic are prioritized.
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, active listening and relationship‑management skills.
• Willingness to learn fitness concepts such as hypertrophy and body recomposition.
• Flexibility to work onsite in Singapore, including evenings and weekends.
• Interest or experience in fitness, personal training or wellness is a plus.
