About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Supervisor to lead our retail team across Singapore. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, maintaining store standards, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

Supervise a team of retail assistants to ensure smooth daily operations.
Manage sales of assigned product categories and achieve targets.
Oversee inventory management, housekeeping, and merchandising activities.
Provide outstanding customer service, assist with product displays, and maintain a well‑stocked sales floor.
Process payments, handle cash and card transactions, and manage customer refunds professionally.

Required profile

Willingness to work a roster based on retail hours (10 am–10 pm, six days a week with one weekday off).
Team player with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
