About the role

The Sales Support Specialist will assist in preparing sales quotations and proposals, process order entries, and attend to customer requirements. The role also involves providing product information, coordinating with other departments, and supporting the sales team to ensure smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

Prepare sales quotations and proposals for customers.
Process order entry and follow up on sales order enquiries.
Provide feedback on customer opportunities and after‑sales support.
Support the sales team and ensure smooth sales‑process operations.
Provide product information, pricing details, and answer product‑related questions.
Coordinate closely with other departments to achieve set targets.
Support all sales and marketing activities as needed.
Build and enhance relationships with existing customers.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve sales and service skills.

Required profile

'O' level qualification with 1‑2 years of relevant experience.
ITE/Diploma qualification welcomed even without prior experience.
