Salesforce Solution Architect

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of our Salesforce platform. The role involves shaping the technical architecture, ensuring system stability, performance and security while guiding development teams through complex implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the full project lifecycle, from technical analysis to solution formulation and implementation planning.
• Design and maintain the core platform architecture, including business and common modules, and monitor performance, stability and scalability.
• Define system security architecture, produce design documentation and oversee its execution.
• Lead the technical team, resolve architectural challenges, and propose innovative solutions.
• Optimize existing systems, address key technical issues, and conduct technical risk assessments with project managers.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to software development teams.

Required profile

• Extensive hands‑on experience as a Salesforce project architect.
• Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) and front‑end frameworks such as Bootstrap, jQuery and AngularJS.
• Proficiency with ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API and third‑party API integrations.
• Experience with version control tools, especially Git.

Required skills

• Salesforce platform configuration (Profiles, Permission Sets, Flow, etc.).
• Apex development – classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components and LWC.
• API integration, multithreading, distributed system concepts and common design patterns.
• Knowledge of Salesforce automation tools (Triggers, Workflows, Reports & Dashboards).
