SAP FICO Architect

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned SAP FICO Solution Architect to lead finance and accounting transformations for a leading utilities client in Singapore. The role involves designing end‑to‑end SAP S/4HANA solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other modules, and guiding global rollout teams.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and configure SAP ECC and S/4HANA Public Cloud solutions for Finance, Controlling, and Management Accounting.
• Lead at least five full‑cycle SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementations, including two SAC Public Cloud projects.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (SD, MM, Group Reporting, SAC) to define integration points and data mappings.
• Provide functional and technical guidance to SAP BTP and enterprise data teams.
• Create synthetic test data and work closely with ABAP developers on data dictionary requirements.
• Apply SAP Activate methodology throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• 6+ years of finance domain experience in the utilities industry.
• 10+ years of SAP techno‑functional experience in Record‑to‑Report (Finance & Controlling).
• Proven track record of delivering multiple end‑to‑end SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships with clients and delivery teams.
