Senior Accountant

About the role

HoYoverse is seeking a Senior Accountant to lead full-cycle accounting across its global entities. The role will support the company’s fast-growing portfolio of virtual-world games and related entertainment content, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting for each entity, delivering monthly and annual closes on schedule.
• Prepare financial statements, analytical reports and support audit processes.
• Oversee treasury operations, including budget monitoring, funding plans and cash-flow forecasting.
• Act as primary contact for audits, statistical reporting, business registration and tax filings.
• Monitor and interpret evolving accounting standards and tax regulations, providing timely financial solutions.
• Develop, optimise and automate internal financial processes and policies.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the team lead.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting or a related field; CPA certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with overseas entities or in the AI industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Ability to work in English and adapt to fast-changing business needs.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and strong coordination and communication skills.
