Senior Analyst / Assistant Manager – Regional Controllership

About the role

Join Sea’s HQ Finance department as a Senior Analyst/Assistant Manager in Regional Controllership. You will act as a bridge between headquarters and country finance teams, ensuring high‑quality financial processes and reporting across the Group’s diverse Asian markets.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with country finance teams to roll out critical projects and new developments.
• Guide local finance teams through month‑end closing, system data accuracy, and accounting matters.
• Liaise with stakeholders to prepare the annual budget and periodic forecasts.
• Manage group‑level initiatives and projects while coordinating diverse stakeholder groups.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives, identify finance and tax risks, and propose practical solutions.
• Undertake any additional tasks or projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline; professional qualifications such as Chartered Accountant or ACCA are a plus.
• Minimum of 4 years of full‑time experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Experience in a Big 4 accounting firm is advantageous.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel across Asian markets for business trips.
