Senior Assistant Manager – Content Creation

About the role

We are looking for a senior‑level Assistant Manager to lead content creation and strategic communications for NTU’s College of Computing and Data Science. The role will shape the college’s brand, produce high‑impact storytelling, and support internal and external audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated communications strategy to strengthen brand positioning and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead the creation of thought‑leadership pieces, executive communications, speeches, media features, and digital storytelling assets.
• Produce and manage press releases, presentations, website content, and corporate collateral.
• Oversee website maintenance, ensuring accurate, accessible, and user‑friendly content and UX.
• Monitor social‑media performance, analyse metrics and refine content and campaign tactics.
• Support publicity campaigns, event promotion, and ensure all materials align with branding guidelines.
• Edit and proofread all communications for clarity, consistency, and brand voice.
• Establish analytics dashboards to evaluate campaign effectiveness and report insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience in content creation, strategic communications or brand management, preferably in an academic or research environment.
• Strong collaboration skills with faculty, researchers and corporate partners.
• Excellent written and editorial abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, engaging narratives.
