Senior Construction Supervisor

About the role

The Senior Construction Supervisor will lead the precast segment production, assembly and erection activities for large‑scale highway bridge projects. Reporting to the Precast Manager, the role combines technical oversight of moulds, rebar, gantry cranes and hydraulic equipment with coordination of night‑shift operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee precast mould, rebar equipment and gantry crane assembly, operation and maintenance.
• Review structural shapes for precast box girders, I‑girders and crossheads used in bridge structures.
• Manage lifting operations of PC segments (box girders, crossheads, I‑beams, longitudinal beams) within the precast yard.
• Direct segment match‑casting mould operations (short‑line method), casting and repair work.
• Lead construction of the PC yard, including fabrication and erection of precast segments.
• Supervise heavy segment erection, gantry crane operation, rebar assembly and post‑tensioning activities.
• Provide regular project updates to Korean headquarters and the Singapore branch office in Korean.

Required profile

• Polytechnic diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years of experience with precast segments on large infrastructure (viaducts, roads, highways).
• Proven experience working in a precast yard handling viaduct segments.
• Expertise in rebar, steel fabrication and hydraulic equipment (pre‑tensioners).
• Willingness to work night shifts for segment production.
• Fluent written and spoken Korean for liaison with Korean‑speaking executives and partners.
