Senior Customer Service Associate – Group Contact Centre

About the role

Join the Group Contact Centre team to provide essential support to patients and the public. As a Senior Customer Service Associate you will handle enquiries, schedule appointments and coordinate with multiple hospital departments in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by understanding callers' needs.
• Provide accurate, timely information and assistance to address enquiries.
• Book, reschedule or cancel appointments according to caller requests.
• Manage hotline administrative tasks such as email handling, referral requests and emergency activations.
• Coordinate with other hospital departments to ensure requests are followed up and resolved.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline (fresh graduates welcome).
• Preferably 1–2 years experience in healthcare, contact‑centre or service‑related environments.
• Fluent written and spoken English; proficiency in a mother tongue.
• Cheerful personality with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced, stressful work environment.
• Computer literate with good typing speed.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, public holidays, weekends and standby duties.
