Senior DevOps Engineer (Hybrid, Singapore)

About the role

As a Senior DevOps Engineer at NinjaOne, you will join the global Platform Engineering organization and work closely with the US‑based team to own production deployments and evolve the deployment platform. Based in Singapore, you will provide operational coverage for worldwide SaaS releases while helping to modernise the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute production software deployments, ensuring high availability, minimal downtime and predictable releases.
• Share ownership of deployment operations with the US Platform Engineering team to provide 24/7 global coverage.
• Develop and maintain deployment standards, rollback procedures, release readiness processes and operational playbooks.
• Design and implement automated deployment solutions, reusable frameworks and self‑service capabilities.
• Lead CI/CD modernization initiatives using CircleCI and related technologies.
• Act as the technical escalation point during complex releases and emergency deployments.

Required profile

• 5‑7+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering or related production deployment roles.
• Proven track record of delivering reliable, high‑quality software releases in a SaaS environment.
• Strong collaboration skills with Software Engineering, QA, Product Management and Security teams.

Required skills

• CircleCI and CI/CD pipeline development.
• Deployment automation and scripting.
• Experience with SaaS platforms and production deployment processes.
• Release engineering, rollback procedures and operational playbooks.
