Senior Digital Growth Manager – JAPAC

About the role

Verkada is seeking a Senior Digital Growth Manager for the JAPAC region to lead customer acquisition through multi‑channel digital campaigns. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Director, you will work closely with product, creative and regional teams to build and scale a high‑impact growth engine.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end digital campaign strategy, from opportunity identification and brief creation to execution and performance reporting.
• Manage a large quarterly budget across channels such as Google, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit and podcasts.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders to develop pipeline‑generating initiatives for priority segments and verticals.
• Analyze campaign data, synthesize insights and iterate tactics to maximize revenue impact.
• Maintain a hands‑on role in channel setup, optimization and troubleshooting.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing or growth roles, preferably in technology or SaaS.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to think from first principles about revenue and product‑market fit.
• Proven track record of scaling paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑moving environment.
