Senior E‑Commerce & Website Experience Manager

About the role

Join Far East Hospitality’s digital and e‑commerce team to own and enhance the online experience of nine hotel and serviced‑residence brands. You will be responsible for the content, optimisation and user‑experience of all web assets and e‑commerce platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute monthly enhancements across all websites and e‑commerce platforms, including rigorous user testing and documentation.
• Maintain governance through regular audits, content guidelines and quality checks.
• Coordinate website content updates and manage stakeholder requests via an internal ticket centre.
• Analyse data and research to propose new features, design changes or content improvements that boost user experience.
• Collaborate with the Head of Digital Marketing, Assistant Manager, internal IT leads, web development agency and content translation agency.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the supervisor with professionalism.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in website management or digital marketing.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment.
• Basic knowledge of website content management systems or web programming is advantageous.
