Senior Engineer – Active Mobility

About the role

The Senior / Executive Engineer – Active Mobility will lead the planning, design and implementation of walking and cycling infrastructure across Singapore. Working closely with government agencies and external stakeholders, you will help shape an integrated active‑mobility network that improves travel experiences for commuters, cyclists and pedestrians.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and review network plans and engineering designs for pedestrian and cycling schemes.
• Coordinate with government bodies, developers and consultants to deliver active‑mobility projects.
• Provide professional advice on related studies and ensure compliance with standards.
• Conduct feasibility assessments and operational reviews of transportation‑related projects.
• Engage with the community and stakeholders to communicate project benefits and gather feedback.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Traffic or Transportation Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in traffic, transportation or highway design.
• Strong initiative, communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to think laterally and apply professional judgment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microstation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in ArcGIS Pro.
