Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Outreach, Admissions & Scholarships

About the role

The College of Engineering at NTU Singapore is seeking a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager for its Undergraduate Outreach, Admissions and Scholarships team. Reporting to the Lead, Outreach, Admissions & Scholarships, the role leads holistic student recruitment, outreach, promotion, digital media and engagement strategies aimed at prospective undergraduates, and acts as a key liaison between Engineering Schools to align recruitment and implementation plans.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, plan and lead undergraduate recruitment and outreach strategies to meet College objectives.
• Write copy for and produce undergraduate marketing materials such as brochures, slide decks, offer EDMs and graduate feature pieces.
• Draft and implement the annual social media plan and support undergraduate publicity and admissions videos.
• Maintain the College of Engineering pages on the website and intranet.
• Manage collateral inventory, coordinate photoshoots and oversee external production vendors.
• Support outreach programmes for local and international students and run post-event and campaign analytics.
• Build relationships with schools, faculty, alumni and industry partners, and undertake ad-hoc projects assigned by the Office.

Required profile

• Recognised university degree in any discipline.
• At least 1 to 3 years of work experience, preferably in outreach, student recruitment or student engagement in higher education; entry-level candidates with relevant internship experience are welcome.
• Experience in event execution and management.
• Good interpersonal, stakeholder engagement and coordination skills, and strong organisational, time management and planning skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Advantageous: knowledge of the Singapore and Asia-Pacific higher education market.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• IT savvy; prior knowledge of content management systems is advantageous.
