Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Procurement

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager to lead our procurement function. You will develop and implement procurement strategies, ensure compliance with policies, and provide strong support to our brand operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies while ensuring adherence to SOPs.
• Manage all procurement activities and coordinate with the procurement team to meet brand purchasing needs.
• Source, select, and negotiate with third‑party suppliers and service providers.
• Benchmark commodity data, monitor prices, and ensure competitive sourcing.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, conditions, and deadlines with suppliers.
• Collaborate with suppliers, stakeholders, and functional teams to guarantee uninterrupted supply.
• Periodically review supplier performance on quality, delivery, and cost.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of supply‑chain experience, preferably in the F&B industry.
• Strong sourcing and negotiation capabilities.
• Systematic, process‑driven mindset with solid leadership skills.
• Hands‑on, result‑oriented, and able to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
