Senior Finance Manager – International Tax & Finance

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead financial accounting, statutory compliance and international tax matters for a fast‑growing collectible‑toy brand with operations across Europe and Asia‑Pacific. Based in Singapore, you will act as the primary finance bridge between the China headquarters and overseas subsidiaries, supporting strategic decision‑making at the Group level.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial accounting and statutory compliance for European (UK, France, Germany, Spain) and Asia‑Pacific (Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia) entities.
• Lead cross‑regional tax planning, compliance filings and tax risk assessments.
• Partner with the Group CFO and regional teams to optimise shared‑service centre processes and ensure accurate multi‑country financial data.
• Drive continuous improvement of intercompany processes, transfer‑pricing documentation and group reporting frameworks.
• Provide finance expertise and coordination between China HQ and overseas subsidiaries.

Required profile

• Singapore citizen or Permanent Resident (PR) only.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Proven experience with international tax law covering both Europe and Asia‑Pacific.
• Hands‑on experience in at least one European tax jurisdiction.
