Senior Financial Analyst – APAC (Singapore)

About the role

The Senior Financial Analyst will support budgeting, forecasting, annual planning and strategic finance activities for the APAC region. You will work closely with finance and business partners to analyse performance, identify risks and opportunities, and deliver insightful reports.

Key responsibilities

• Support month‑end and year‑end closing in partnership with accounting.
• Perform variance analysis against budget, forecast and prior year results.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards and financial presentations.
• Monitor operating expenses and assist budget owners with cost management.
• Maintain sales and COGS reporting across business units and product lines.
• Assist with intercompany and regional financial reporting requirements.
• Validate sales incentive calculations and drive reporting automation initiatives.
• Provide ad‑hoc financial analysis to support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Professional accounting qualification preferred (CPA, CA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Minimum 5 years of FP&A or financial analysis experience in a multinational environment.
• Experience supporting multiple countries or business units.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.
