Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

Jabil is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who conceptualizes and designs internal and external content reflecting the Jabil brand. The role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders, managing several projects at once across Jabil sites in Asia and working with the Corporate Creative team on brand compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Create compelling print and digital materials using corporate brand guidelines
• Manage the design, localization and production of assets such as brochures, posters, templates, presentations, signage, digital banners and infographics for employees and business needs across Asia
• Design and localize assets in Asian languages such as Simplified/Traditional Chinese, Malay and Vietnamese
• Build and maintain a repository of Asian images and creative assets, and keep records of all design documents
• Act as brand custodian in the region and advise on brand matters
• Work with in-house designers and external agencies, handle multiple timelines and tight deadlines while keeping quality standards

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree preferred, preferably in Fine Arts or Graphic Design, or equivalent education and training
• 5+ years of graphic design experience
• Excellent written and spoken English; strong Mandarin is highly preferred, and other Asian languages are an advantage
• Portfolio submitted with the application

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign and PowerPoint
• Organizational and file management skills, attention to detail and process orientation
• Basic knowledge of print, web/digital and design trends
• Strong interpersonal and creative skills, self-motivated and adaptable to change

Preferred: experience with Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint, designing materials in multiple languages, and Figma.
