Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

BJAK, the leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia, is hiring a Senior Graphic Designer. The role is remote, but candidates must be based in Singapore. The designer turns creative briefs into on-brand, conversion-driven visuals and supports marketing campaigns, social media, web, ads and short-form motion content.

Key responsibilities

• Create high-impact design assets for marketing campaigns, social media, web, ads and short-form motion content.
• Translate creative briefs into bold, on-brand, conversion-driven visuals.
• Collaborate with content, video and performance marketing teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
• Adapt and optimise visuals based on performance insights and feedback.
• Maintain design quality and consistency across all brand touchpoints.
• Support product marketing with clear, compelling visual communication.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to team growth.

Required profile

• 5-8 years of experience in graphic design, motion design or creative content roles.
• A strong portfolio showing clean execution, storytelling and design leadership.
• Ability to work fast, iterate quickly and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong English communication; the main working language across global teams.
• Nice to have: experience mentoring designers.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Motion tools and proficiency with AI tools for concepting and production.
• Understanding of layout, composition and visual consistency.
• Nice to have: short-form ads, performance marketing exposure, sound editing or basic VFX, templates and brand libraries.
