Senior Designer - Workplace Interior Design

About the role

JLL is looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Designer to join its growing Design team in Singapore. The role focuses on delivering innovative workplace interior design solutions across a variety of projects, supporting clients through the full project lifecycle. It suits a creative and confident designer who enjoys leading projects independently, mentoring junior designers and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead workplace interior design projects from concept development through to completion
• Develop design presentations, concept plans, space planning layouts and technical documentation
• Prepare and coordinate CAD and BIM drawing packages for design reviews, tender submissions and site execution
• Manage client communications, presentations and stakeholder engagement
• Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, contractors and project teams
• Review drawings, materials, mock-ups and contractor submissions against design intent
• Mentor and guide junior designers

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related design discipline
• Proven experience in workplace interior design projects
• Ability to independently lead and manage medium to large-scale projects
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills
• Experience managing consultancy processes and coordinating with multiple stakeholders
• Preferred: hospitality, retail or F&B design background, exposure to high-profile projects, knowledge of FF&E selection and material specifications, and experience mentoring junior designers

Required skills

• AutoCAD
• Revit (foundational to intermediate)
• CAD/BIM documentation, fit-out detailing and technical drawing packages
• Preferred: Adobe Creative Suite and other 3D visualization tools
