Senior Human Resources Manager

About the role

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to lead and manage the full spectrum of HR activities across the APAC region, with Singapore as the primary base. This individual contributor role will partner closely with business leaders and employees to support growth and development.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR lead in Singapore, delivering end‑to‑end HR support across the employee lifecycle.
• Partner with senior business leaders across APAC to provide practical, commercially focused HR advice.
• Manage day‑to‑day HR matters including employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, policies, engagement and HR operations.
• Handle complex employee‑relations issues such as PIPs, disciplinary actions, investigations, terminations and redeployment.
• Provide guidance on local employment legislation and HR best practices for relevant APAC markets.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on recruitment, from defining requirements to interviewing and offers.
• Enhance onboarding and off‑boarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience.
• Support annual compensation, merit, bonus and equity processes in partnership with global and regional HR teams.
• Develop and maintain HR reporting, dashboards and metrics covering headcount, turnover, recruitment and employee movements.
• Lead regional HR projects and initiatives in partnership with global Centres of Excellence.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience with broad exposure across multiple HR disciplines.
• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end HR activities in a standalone or regional capacity.
• Experience working in international or multinational organisations supporting geographically diverse employee populations.
• Strong employee‑relations expertise, including handling investigations, disciplinary actions and terminations.
• Solid knowledge of local employment legislation across APAC markets.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgement on sensitive matters.
