Senior Implementation Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Implementation Consultant to lead the deployment of our CoreTRM software for new clients in Singapore and worldwide. Based in Singapore, the role focuses on functional consulting, covering client engagement, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration and user adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client relationships throughout the project lifecycle, providing expert guidance and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Configure and implement CoreTRM solutions, gathering and documenting client requirements.
• Identify gaps, propose appropriate solutions, and extend the core product using data models and scripting extensions.
• Design and configure interfaces to external applications.
• Facilitate user acceptance, deliver training sessions and support smooth adoption.
• Raise and manage change requests for platform enhancements.
• Liaise with CoreTRM product developers to design and test enhancements.
• Provide ongoing client support and assist in preparing sales demo or SOW materials.
• Mentor junior consultants and travel to client sites as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in IT project delivery.
• Hands‑on experience with C/ETRM solutions.
• Strong client‑facing project experience with stakeholder management.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to embrace new technologies and work processes.
