Senior iOS Engineer – Mobile Growth (Crypto Exchange)

About the role

We are a leading global crypto exchange seeking a Senior iOS Engineer to join our Mobile Growth team in Singapore. You will own the client‑side architecture that drives user acquisition, referral loops, reward mechanics and the mobile attribution system for millions of users.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain the client‑side architecture for core growth conversion flows (acquisition, referral, reward, engagement).
• Build and evolve an end‑to‑end mobile attribution system, including MMP integration, anti‑fraud measures and ROI evaluation.
• Develop growth infrastructure such as funnel instrumentation and experiment frameworks.
• Collaborate with Product, Business Development and local market teams to translate commercial goals into engineering solutions.
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools to create and maintain efficient development workflows.

Required profile

• 8+ years of software engineering experience delivering production systems at scale.
• Deep expertise in growth mechanics (referral, virality, reward systems) and mobile attribution.
• Proficiency with AI‑assisted development and strong data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication style, able to propose solutions and counter‑proposals.
