Senior Manager, F10 Construction

About the role

Micron Singapore is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the construction of its major manufacturing and cleanroom projects. The role involves coordinating with third‑party builders, engineers, and internal operations to deliver technically demanding projects on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all construction activities for Micron’s Singapore manufacturing and cleanroom facilities.
• Provide project leadership for construction execution and manage overall scope, schedule, and cost.
• Assemble and lead a team of engineering specialists to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Collaborate with design teams, conduct field walks, and develop detailed scope with facilities partners.
• Act as the Owner’s representative, resolving design‑construction conflicts and ensuring buildability.
• Interface with contract design, construction, scheduling, and estimating resources.
• Oversee positioning, programming, and detailed design completion.
• Work with estimators to capture costs and meet project budgets.
• Implement change‑control processes and integrate AI‑assisted tools to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Extensive experience managing large‑scale manufacturing or cleanroom construction projects.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, buildability, and cost control.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills to address design‑construction conflicts.
• Experience with AI‑enabled tools or digital construction platforms is a plus.
