Senior Manager, Strategic Planning

About the role

The Senior Manager, Strategic Planning will lead corporate planning and strategy initiatives, turning data into actionable insights and supporting senior leadership with performance reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis on workforce trends, industry developments, and emerging issues.
• Translate data and findings into meaningful insights, reports, presentations, and recommendations.
• Monitor key performance indicators and prepare updates for senior management.
• Coordinate planning initiatives and strategic projects, ensuring timely follow‑up on key actions and deliverables.
• Support planning discussions and leadership meetings through the preparation of materials, presentations, and documentation.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders on assigned initiatives and projects.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in strategy, corporate planning, research, consulting, performance reporting, data analysis, or related areas.
• Experience within the government, public sector, or public policy environment is an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to draw meaningful insights and recommendations from data.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and coordinate projects effectively across teams.
• Meticulous, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
