About the role

The Operations Manager will oversee daily company operations and business activities, ensuring smooth functioning and achievement of business goals. This junior‑level position involves planning work schedules, supervising staff, and maintaining high operational standards.

Key responsibilities

Plan and coordinate work schedules, manpower allocation, and operational resources to optimize productivity.
Supervise staff, monitor performance and service quality, and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Identify and resolve daily operational issues, implement effective solutions, and train employees on procedures, policies, and safety requirements.
Monitor inventory levels, supplies, and operational costs to support cost‑effective operations.
Prepare detailed reports and provide regular updates on business performance to management.
Ensure adherence to company policies, workplace safety standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.
