Senior Marketing Manager – ALS, APAC

About the role

The Senior Marketing Manager for Acute Life Support (ALS) in the APAC region will lead integrated B2B marketing initiatives that drive new customer acquisition, brand awareness and upsell opportunities for ZOLL’s life‑saving medical technologies. Reporting to Marketing leadership, you will combine strategic planning with hands‑on execution across digital and traditional channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a fully integrated marketing strategy covering the entire customer journey, from consideration to renewal.
• Generate and nurture marketing‑qualified leads through content marketing, paid digital media, email campaigns, social platforms, direct mail and industry events.
• Create compelling, brand‑aligned copy and oversee design of campaign assets, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.
• Manage the ZOLL Data Systems website as the digital hub, handling SEO/SEM, information architecture, content updates, testing and conversion optimization.
• Monitor campaign performance, produce regular reports and continuously refine tactics to improve ROI.
• Coordinate cross‑functional project timelines, assign tasks to production teams and keep stakeholders informed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior B2B marketing roles, preferably within the healthcare or medical device sector.
• Strong project‑management skills with the ability to lead multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of translating complex technical concepts into clear marketing messages.
