Senior Product Specialist

About the role

Zuellig Pharma is seeking a Senior Product Specialist to promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals across its network. You will be the primary point of contact for doctors, private medical centers, and hospitals, driving product adoption and market penetration.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell assigned pharmaceutical products to doctors, GPs, and specialists.
• Conduct detailed product presentations highlighting features, benefits, and key messages.
• Achieve daily face‑to‑face call targets and maintain appropriate coverage frequency.
• Gather market intelligence and provide timely feedback to management.
• Manage assigned accounts strategically to maximize sales performance.
• Analyze sales data, track trends, and monitor account performance.
• Perform stock checks, follow up on replenishment, and ensure accurate reporting.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date customer database and provide field feedback to the Sales Manager.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Science (Nursing or Pharmacy) or Business Management.
• Minimum of 1 year of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Valid driving licence and own vehicle.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
