Senior SEO Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Senior SEO Specialist to own and drive SEO and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) strategies for our client portfolio. This role goes beyond task execution – you will diagnose performance gaps, turn data into clear priorities, and see technical recommendations through to implementation and validation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own SEO and GEO roadmaps, KPIs and strategies for assigned accounts.
• Increase organic traffic, rankings, visibility, leads and conversions.
• Conduct comprehensive technical audits, manage issues from diagnosis to fix validation.
• Monitor performance, spot risks early and propose mitigation plans.
• Translate technical findings into actionable recommendations for clients and internal teams.
• Coach team members and lead practical knowledge‑sharing sessions.
• Collaborate with content, paid media, social and account management teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience independently managing SEO campaigns and client accounts.
• Strong technical SEO audit and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Ability to convert data and audit findings into prioritized, actionable fixes.
• Understanding of GEO, AI‑powered search and evolving search behaviour.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Proactive, accountable and comfortable owning measurable outcomes.
