About the role

Yum! is building a Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence for its iconic brands across Asia. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner you will act as a strategic recruiter, helping leaders attract and hire top talent to fuel growth while providing market insights and tailored sourcing strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders and HR Business Partners globally to understand hiring needs and craft effective recruiting strategies.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, providing market insights, hiring strategy guidance, and talent decisions across Yum!’s brands.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle for corporate roles, from sourcing and screening to offers and onboarding.
• Own end‑to‑end recruitment process ensuring data integrity, timely follow‑ups and accurate execution.
• Drive requisition accountability, proactively managing timelines, stakeholder expectations and candidate pipelines.
• Build diverse talent pipelines through creative sourcing, networking and market research.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience that reflects Yum!’s values.

Required profile

• 8+ years of corporate recruiting experience, preferably in a fast‑paced, global organization.
• Deep knowledge of talent market dynamics across Asia, including sourcing strategies and competitor landscapes.
• Proven ability to partner with business leaders across multiple Asian countries and adapt recruitment approaches to local markets.
• Strong consultative and data‑driven decision‑making skills.

Required skills

• Experience with recruiting technologies such as Greenhouse or Oracle ATS.
