Servicedesk Engineer (12‑hr shift) – $2,800/month

About the role

We are seeking a Servicedesk Engineer to provide first‑level IT support to end users in our Singapore office. The role is full‑time, on‑site and operates on a 12‑hour shift schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑level support via phone, email, or in‑person interactions.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Log and track incidents using a ticketing system.
• Escalate unresolved problems to the appropriate teams.
• Maintain accurate records of user interactions and solutions.
• Ensure high‑quality customer service throughout all contacts.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an IT servicedesk or support role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Windows and macOS environments.
• Willingness to work 12‑hour shifts as scheduled.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new technologies.
