ServiceNow Developer (CCP for ICT Professional)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated ServiceNow Developer to join our ICT team. The position is designed for candidates who want to transition into the ServiceNow ecosystem, even without prior ServiceNow experience. You will work on building, customizing, and supporting ServiceNow solutions that drive business automation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and scripts following platform best practices.
• Perform coding, unit testing, debugging, documentation, and deployment across the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Design and implement integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and other API technologies.
• Provide ongoing support, defect resolution, enhancements, and performance tuning for ServiceNow applications.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into functional and technical ServiceNow solutions, identifying gaps and recommending scalable designs.
• Maintain configuration items, version control, and accurate documentation of platform changes.
• Design data models, tables, relationships, and CMDB structures to support business processes.
• Monitor platform performance, investigate recurring issues, and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Background in IT support, software development, process automation, or enterprise systems.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
