Social Content Marketer

About the role

We are looking for a Social Content Marketer to own HeyMax’s social presence from concept to conversion. You will create, film and edit short‑form videos, manage creator partnerships and turn travel‑related moments into shareable content that drives sign‑ups for HeyMax and HeyMax First.

Key responsibilities

• Define the creative direction for Instagram, Facebook and YouTube Shorts, choosing formats, hooks and series that align with brand goals.
• Produce and edit social‑native videos end‑to‑end using tools such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere.
• Run a creator programme: source, brief, negotiate and manage creators, measuring their impact on conversions.
• Connect content performance to business outcomes, tracking metrics that influence consideration and sign‑ups.
• Plan and execute full social campaigns, including budgeting, KPIs and asset libraries.
• React quickly to trends, publishing timely content without lengthy approval cycles.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in social media marketing, either brand‑side, agency or as an independent creator.
• Proven track record of content that generated measurable results, with the ability to explain why it succeeded.
• Strong editorial judgment and the ability to evaluate content objectively.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Required skills
