Social Media Manager

About the role

Beyond The Vines, a multidisciplinary design studio in Singapore, is looking for a Social Media Manager to own its social presence across multiple markets. You will shape strategy, create content, and analyse performance to drive growth for both retail and e‑commerce channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a global social strategy and market‑specific playbooks, translating brand pillars into platform‑specific narratives.
• Build and maintain a 12‑month editorial calendar aligned with product drops, collaborations, store openings and activations.
• Lead concepting, storyboarding and briefing for photo/video shoots; manage production of short‑form video, stills, carousels, Stories and livestreams.
• Write and localise captions, maintain a social style guide and ensure proper UGC rights and crediting.
• Own daily publishing, tagging, link tracking, playlisting and highlight curation.
• Oversee community management, set response SLAs and coordinate with Customer Service.
• Partner with Influencer Marketing on creator collaborations and content usage rights.
• Manage social budget lines for boosting, whitelisting and content production; support paid performance marketing with audience insights.
• Define KPIs, build dashboards linking social metrics to traffic, conversion and CRM growth; run experiments and share learnings.
• Maintain content calendar, asset library, version control and ensure compliance with music licensing, platform policies and brand safety.

Required profile

• 5–7+ years of social media experience for premium lifestyle, fashion or design‑led brands, preferably with multi‑market responsibility.
• Strong creative judgement in visual and copy, with a hands‑on approach to content creation.
• Ability to stay ahead of social trends and build authentic community connections.
