Software Engineer III, Business Mobile App, Payments

About the role

Google is seeking a Software Engineer III to join the Google Pay for Business team. You will help empower small and medium businesses by building intuitive mobile tools that simplify payments and drive growth. This role combines product excellence with cutting‑edge AI‑enhanced development practices.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve mobile software, including user‑facing applications and server‑side APIs.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and engineers to define and implement features for Google Pay for Business.
• Participate across the full software development lifecycle, from concept through release and ongoing maintenance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years of software development experience, or 1 year with an advanced degree.
• 2 years of experience in hybrid, iOS or Android mobile application development using Flutter, Java, Kotlin, Swift or Objective‑C.
• Current right to work in Singapore (no visa sponsorship required).
