About the role
We are looking for a proactive Supervisor to oversee daily business operations across Singapore. The role involves reporting, standards implementation and ensuring smooth workflow.
Key responsibilities
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly operational reports.
- Create and implement standards while holding the team accountable.
- Oversee business activities and ensure timely reporting.
- Multi‑task across functions and resolve issues and disputes.
Required profile
- Independent and fast learner.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work night shifts if required.
