About the role

We are looking for a proactive Supervisor to oversee daily business operations across Singapore. The role involves reporting, standards implementation and ensuring smooth workflow.

Key responsibilities

Provide daily, weekly and monthly operational reports.
Create and implement standards while holding the team accountable.
Oversee business activities and ensure timely reporting.
Multi‑task across functions and resolve issues and disputes.

Required profile

Independent and fast learner.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work night shifts if required.
