Supply & Planning Analyst – POSM

About the role

Moët Hennessy is looking for a Supply & Planning Analyst dedicated to Point‑of‑Sale Materials (POSM) to support planning and execution across the APAC region. Reporting to the Senior Supply & Planning Manager, you will ensure that market‑specific POSM requirements are met on time, coordinating with Maison supply, logistics and inventory teams.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate monthly POSM requirements from markets, Travel Retail and Private Sales, validate orders and submit final APAC demand to the Maisons.
• Maintain the POSM order‑status tracker, communicate order progress, stock availability and delivery expectations to stakeholders.
• Allocate inbound POSM supply to markets, arbitrate limited stock based on activation timing and business priorities.
• Confirm shipment plans, monitor inventory across regional plants, investigate discrepancies and manage stock transfers, returns and write‑offs.
• Drive monthly review of slow‑moving and obsolete POSM inventory and coordinate clearance actions.
• Create or extend POSM SKUs, maintain master data, purchasing and selling prices in SAP and the internal PPP Store.
• Support purchase‑order creation for locally sourced POSM, manage customs and shipping documentation, and assist markets with import‑clearance queries.

Required profile

• Experience in demand planning, order management and supply allocation within a fast‑moving consumer goods or luxury goods environment.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail for inventory monitoring and data reconciliation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams across APAC and with Maison partners.
