Talent Acquisition Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to drive end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple functions and regions as BJAK scales globally. The role is hands‑on, fast‑paced and requires close partnership with hiring managers to deliver quality hires.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle for roles in Operations, Finance, Marketing, Creative, HR, Product, Engineering and other business‑critical teams.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, candidate profiles and hiring priorities.
• Source, screen and engage candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job boards and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct talent mapping and market research to inform hiring strategies.
• Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System and provide regular hiring updates.
• Support recruitment process improvements and employer branding initiatives.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, executive search or staffing.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience recruiting across diverse functions such as Operations, Finance, Marketing, Creative, HR, Product or Engineering.
