Talent Acquisition Executive

About the role

CSIT, an agency under Singapore's Ministry of Defence, is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Executive to strengthen its recruitment capabilities across cybersecurity, data analytics, cloud, and software engineering. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process, from sourcing candidates to managing offers, while also overseeing scholarships and internship programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and define role requirements.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline using diverse sourcing channels.
• Screen applications, assess suitability, and present qualified candidates for technical positions.
• Develop remuneration packages and manage the offer process.
• Guide candidates through the full recruitment journey, ensuring a positive experience.
• Analyse talent market trends to provide insights that improve acquisition outcomes.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in information technology and understanding of technical roles.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior agency or in‑house end‑to‑end recruitment experience is an advantage.
• Singapore citizenship is mandatory.
