About the role

TikTok is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive hiring for its e‑commerce business in Singapore. You will work closely with hiring managers and regional HR teams to attract top talent, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end hiring process, from talent mapping and sourcing to offer negotiation and closing.
• Navigate complex compensation discussions, manage candidate expectations, and secure senior‑level offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to calibrate role profiles, provide market insights, and influence hiring decisions.
• Build robust talent pipelines through direct headhunting, market research, and proactive sourcing.
• Deliver an engaging and transparent experience for candidates throughout assessment and offer stages.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle talent acquisition, handling both high‑volume and senior searches.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and manage stakeholders across functions and regions.
• Strong understanding of employment laws, salary trends, and international recruiting practices.

• High ownership and accountability for executing recruitment strategies.

Required skills
