About the role

Nas.com is building an AI‑powered marketing platform and seeks a proactive Talent Acquisition Recruiter to source and engage top technical talent. You will own the end‑to‑end recruiting process, from outreach to offer acceptance, helping the company scale its engineering and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and attract high‑quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and creative outbound campaigns.
• Conduct headhunting outreach to passive talent and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and hiring strategies.
• Screen candidates for technical competence and cultural fit, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Leverage recruiting data and market insights to continuously improve hiring metrics.
• Support employer branding initiatives and help refine recruiting processes as the organization grows.

Required profile

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast‑growing tech startup.
• Demonstrated success sourcing technical roles such as AI Engineers, Software Engineers, Product Managers, and Data professionals.
• Strong outbound sourcing and passive candidate engagement skills.
• Excellent communication, interviewing, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple hiring processes in a rapid‑pace environment.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
