Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

co:grow is seeking an experienced recruiter to join its fractional HR practice as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will own end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple client organisations across diverse industries, acting as an extension of each client’s team while applying co:grow’s best‑in‑class hiring processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing, sourcing, interviewing, offers, to handover.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and agree on recruitment strategies.
• Write clear, inclusive job descriptions and candidate communications.
• Source candidates via direct outreach, job boards, referrals, professional networks, and other channels.
• Screen applicants, provide evidence‑based recommendations, and coordinate interviews, feedback, references, and offers.
• Maintain a professional, respectful candidate experience throughout the process.
• Adapt to each client’s systems, culture, and preferred ways of working while delivering consistent service.
• Provide regular updates on pipelines, market feedback, and potential challenges.
• Keep applicant tracking systems accurate, track pipeline health, and use data to improve sourcing and hiring decisions.
• Contribute to the development of recruitment tools, templates, and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably in a consultancy or agency setting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and client relationships simultaneously.
• Strong written communication skills for crafting job ads and candidate outreach.
• High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
