Talent Acquisition Specialist – Technical Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking an intermediate‑level Technical Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team in Singapore. The role blends in‑house and agency/RPO experience, focusing on sourcing and closing IT/technical talent across software development, infrastructure, QA, and data disciplines, with regional exposure across ASEAN markets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for a portfolio of technical requisitions, from intake to offer and onboarding handover.
• Source, screen, and build pipelines using job portals, LinkedIn, GitHub, employee referrals, agencies, and tech events.
• Support scaled hiring campaigns for new product teams, meeting speed‑to‑fill and quality targets.
• Coordinate cross‑border recruitment activities across ASEAN, partnering with regional hiring managers and senior recruiters.
• Conduct structured, competency‑based interviews and provide market insights to hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and track recruitment metrics.
• Ensure a fair, respectful candidate experience and assist with employer branding initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience, with exposure to both in‑house and agency/RPO environments.
• Demonstrated success recruiting for IT/technical roles such as software engineers, DevOps, QA, and data engineers/analysts.
• Strong ability to manage multiple requisitions and collaborate with engineering hiring managers.
