Talent Development Manager

About the role

foodpanda is seeking a Talent Development Manager to shape learning initiatives across 18 markets. You will lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of global Learning & Development programs, working closely with managers and leaders to align training with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and translate business goals into learning solutions.
• Design, develop and curate a variety of learning programs, including e‑learning, instructor‑led sessions, workshops, blended solutions, on‑the‑job training, coaching and mentoring.
• Create high‑quality learning content such as presentations, job aids, online modules and assessment tools.
• Facilitate engaging virtual and in‑person training sessions and support team members in delivering effective learning experiences.
• Manage learning platforms to ensure content is organized, accessible, up‑to‑date and track participation and progress.
• Evaluate and manage external vendors to secure cost‑effective, high‑quality learning solutions.
• Lead, coach and develop a small Talent Development team, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent development, learning design or related HR functions.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing a small team.
• Excellent communication and facilitation abilities.
