Tax Manager – International Tax Team (Singapore)

About the role

We are looking for a Tax Manager to join our International Tax team in Singapore. The role will provide tax expertise across multiple jurisdictions, supporting business growth and ensuring compliance with corporate tax obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage corporate tax compliance and reporting for Australia and New Zealand.
• Prepare and review tax provisions, disclosures and tax reporting requirements.
• Support the preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns, Country‑by‑Country Reporting and transfer pricing documentation.
• Assist with tax schedules and other statutory tax filings.
• Partner with finance and business stakeholders on M&A, cross‑border transactions and strategic tax initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate tax risks while implementing best‑in‑class tax practices.

Required profile

• Experienced tax professional with a strong background in international tax.
• Proven ability to work with senior finance leaders and global stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset with experience in M&A and cross‑border projects.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
